I have a 'bucket list' of things I'd like to do or see and I don't seem to be checking much off it!!!!! Groupon had an offer for a night in a log cabin today. Since we got back from Derby I've had itchy feet to go and stay somewhere else. So I eventually decided to try and book the weekend around the girls birthday- and left it too late to get the one night offer! I booked 2 nights instead!!! So we can book the actual dates on Monday- and we're hoping to go the end of January sometime. I might have to take them out of school one day- but they don't miss much time.
I did manage to check out their website before it crashed and it looks a nice site. I haven't been able to check how many bedrooms it has- but it sleeps up to 8 people. They also take dogs- so we could take Holly. It says it's near the beach- so we could have walks along the beach- in coats, hat, scarf and gloves and have a party there. I haven't mentioned it to Amy yet- have a feeling we might have to book it for another time and just take Emma!!!!!!!! I do love Wales- although I'm not too familiar with this spot.
Anyway- sleeping in a log cabin was one of my 'wishes'- so that would cross one off!
We've also managed to have a paddle in most months apart from Dec, Jan and Feb- so might bear that in mind aswell. It did say limited availability over Christmas- and if I did manage to book in the middle of the week- no one would need to book any extra holiday. So we all need to have a chat and see whether Amy will come along with us!!!!!!!
