T Rex- a Killer? Exhibition
The dinosaur exhibition was in the Gas Hall in Birmingham. I thought it was expensive for what it was and think it was the same exhibition that we saw a few years ago. I think the lady let me have a family ticket anyway- even though the children prices only went up to age 12. Why do they do that - most families I know don't send the children down the mines at 12- they stay at school like mine!!!!!
This is some scary character from Dr Who. In fact when she first starting walking towards us I moved away. I felt like I did when I watched Dr Who behind my hands as a youngster. She was creepy!
This statue lounges on the steps outside the Central Library.
Some sort of sphinx like character by the 'floozie in the jacuzzi' who is undergoing some sort of makeover at the moment. They may actually be fixing the leak. Apparently it loses a HUGE amount of water.
This living statue did robotic moves when someone threw money in the tin.
One of the Birmingham in Bloom exhibitions. They have a lot of wicker displays dotted around Birmingham.
