Results Day

Amy went into school this morning to get her results. She got 5A's and 6 B's. So we are absolutely thrilled. We are over the moon that she got an A in her Maths as we were really worried about that one. After we went in to see the school they brought in a team of Maths tutors to mentor the kids who needed to drag their level up and it obviously worked. She also managed to get a B in statistics that they only covered in the month of study leave. She was disappointed with the B's in her science's and thinks she was 3 marks off an A in each one. She has said that she will work harder in her A'levels!

Emma managed to get an Entry level one in her Art which is fantastic- as we thought she wasn't working hard enough with the projects! She managed 2's in her English, Maths and Science- which is great aswell. A huge achievement for her. She's not at all bothered about accademia! She'll be doing a life skills course in September at 6th form.

I'm hoping that we will all go out for a meal tonight- Guy's parents want to come along. It will probably be the local Chinese. We're waiting to see if the person who bought the ebay speakers can come later- so we can go out.
