I read The Haunting by Alan Titchmarsh this week. I didn't take to it immediately- but really enjoyed it by the end of the book. It is set in the 1800's and modern day- the main character in modern day lives in a cottage in the grounds of the former manor house from the 1800's. The upper class daughter was found in the mill pond dressed in the maids clothing on the day she disappeared.
I'm reading Sue Johnstons autobiography now and really enjoying her style. I'm also reading an older book by Erica James called The Little Things- following friends who survived the Tsunami.
