We had a weekend in Derby to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We used it to catch up on the 52 walk challenge. This is number 28. We did do some extra walks earlier in the year and on holiday- so beginning to think I should have counted them all. We have a very busy October and haven't been able to get out on the weekends as much as usual. Sudbury Hall has a museum of childhood attached which was interesting. They had a chimney that small children could go up and come down further along! They sent them up chimneys aged 6.
We were allowed to take photos- but very few came out without flash. This is one of the brighter ones- of the dining room. We were told in one of the houses that after starter and main course- the table would be relaid without a tablecloth for dessert.
