We went 'home' for Christmas- still call my parents house 'home'! We looked as though we'd arrived for a month.
This is the bungalow across the road- and the view I had every morning when I opened my curtains. It was especially exciting when it was a snowy view! When we were small every house had similar aged children and we played in all of them and at the bottom of the lane.
The fields by my parents. I used to walk this way to school - the road way included a HUGE hill! It used to get too muddy mid winter- but they have improved the public footpaths now. They have also enclosed the horse paddocks so the horses no longer have free roam to walk along with you. There used to be one quite bad tempered horse- and you'd have to hope he wasn't grazing by the gate!
Holly HAS to have a paddle even in sub zero temperatures!
She adores the snow.
Trying to catch the snow!
A fox in the field on the way home.
